We do not collect protected health information (PHI), dental records, insurance details, or any medical data. We do not store call recordings.

How We Use Your Information

Your name and phone number are used solely to facilitate a callback from the dental office. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers:

  • Anthropic — Powers the chat demo on this site. Chat messages are processed by the Anthropic API and are not stored permanently.
  • Calendly — Handles demo scheduling. Calendly's own privacy policy governs data entered through their booking forms.
  • Retell AI — Powers the voice agent for dental offices.
  • Vercel — Hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) may be collected.

Data Retention

Callback requests (name and phone number) are retained only as long as needed for the dental office to follow up — typically no more than 30 days. Chat demo conversations are not stored after the session ends.
