Terms of Service

Dental Voice AI ("the Service"), operated by Lightspeed Labs, provides AI-powered voice agents and chat assistants for dental practices. The Service answers patient inquiries, provides office information, and captures callback requests on behalf of subscribing dental offices.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer the AI agent
• Using the chat demo to transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Submitting false callback requests or spam
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

Subscribing dental offices are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lightspeed Labs is not liable for any missed calls, scheduling errors, or damages arising from the use of the AI agent. The Service does not provide medical advice and should not be relied upon for clinical decisions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
